How do I know which bangle size to get?

Please see our Bangle Sizing Chart.

The size of a bangle correlates to the INNER CIRCUMFERENCE (distance AROUND the inside) of the bangle. All the dimensions are as follows:

         Size 6/Extra Small: 6” inner circumference, 2.4”/62mm inner diameter

         Size 7/Small: 7” inner circumference, 2.5”/64mm inner diameter

         Size 8/Medium: 8” inner circumference, 2.6”/67mm inner diameter


What is the return policy?

Please contact the customer service department at 1-855-426-7482 to make an exchange or return within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Please be prepared to give the customer service representative your Sales Order Number or Invoice Number, Styles to be Returned, and Reason for Return at the time of your call or e-mail. The customer service representative will then put in a request for your Return Authorization (either for exchange or for refund). This Return Authorization Number will be e-mailed to the e-mail associated with your customer account. Please print out the Return Authorization Form that you will find attached in this e-mail and include it in the box with the returned item(s), as the warehouse uses this to process returns. Pack items in original packaging, and ship back to warehouse within 14 days of receipt of the Return Authorization.


The customer is responsible for shipping costs in both directions on returns and exchanges.


Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be charged for any packages refused on delivery. This does not apply to orders returned with a Return Authorization.


The shipping charges for special requests such as reshipment orders may be higher than the shipping charges for normal web orders. In these cases, your customer service representative will make the shipping cost known to you at the time that the order is placed.


When can I expect my refund?

Once a returned item or items have been received by our warehouse, we process the Return Authorization. At this point, it should take only a few business days for the refund to appear on your account. Our accounting department can usually process refunds in 1-2 days. Refunds typically show on your account by the end of the day; however, it can sometimes take up to 48 hours for refunds to get posted to your account.

 

Can I exchange/return gifts?

Gifts cannot be returned for monetary refund. However, we can sometimes make exceptions and complete exchanges for items received as gifts only if the items are in new condition, as well as in their ORIGINAL packaging.

 

How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking fresh and beautiful, do not expose it to water or cleaners, as this may cause the plating to tarnish. The jewelry should be kept out of extreme heat and humidity, and should avoid substances such as sweat, perfume and other erosive liquids.


Is Amrita Singh jewelry lead and nickel free?

Amrita Singh jewelry meets the strictest industry requirements for lead and nickel content as set by California Proposition 65. We guarantee that all metals used in our jewelry are completely free of lead and nickel or contain only trace amounts deemed insignificant by the strictest standard for lead and nickel safety.


What’s the best way to choose a complimentary piece for my new Amrita Singh jewelry?

How long does it usually take to receive orders?

Most orders ship within 2 days of placing the order (if payment is valid and approved). With standard shipping, you should have your package within 3-7 days after the order is placed, depending on the geographic location. Orders placed with Express shipping are expedited, and our warehouse tries to ship them the same day or, at latest, the next day, to ensure prompt delivery.

 

Who pays for shipping when making merchandise returns?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cover the cost of return shipping. The return post is the customer’s responsibility.

How much does shipping cost to ship internationally?

We usually ship via USPS Priority Mail International to all International Locations, including Canada, as we have found that it is the most cost-effective and reliable method. Exceptions may apply to certain countries or regions. (Please contact us if you have special requirements.)

Shipping to Australia:

Orders to Australia ship for a flat rate of $40.

Orders to Singapore ship for a flat rate of $25.
Shipping time is about 1 week.

Shipping to Russia:

We are unable to ship to the Russian Federation at this time. If you would like to recommend a shipping carrier with reliable service in your area, please feel free to contact us to discuss shipping options with our customer service department.

International Duty Charges: Please be advised you may be asked to pay additional duty charges for certain shipping destinations; these are not handled by Amrita Singh and must be paid directly to the respective Government agencies per their rates and regulations.


What is the customs duty? Who pays the customs duty?

Each country has its own duties and customs tax rate: it varies by country. Unfortunately we are unable to calculate how much will be charged for customs – sometimes there is no duty charged at all. The customer is responsible for paying all customs and duties that may be levied when the order is processed through customs at the border.


How long does it usually take to receive orders?

Our warehouse generally ships all orders, including international orders, within 2 business days (if payment is valid and approved). The length of time before the product is delivered depends on where it’s being sent.


Restocking Fee:

A 15% restocking fee will be charged for any packages refused on delivery by the customer. This does not apply to orders returned with a Return Authorization.


Reshipment Orders:
The shipping charges for special requests such as reshipment orders may be higher than the shipping charges for normal web orders. In these cases, your customer service representative will make the shipping cost known to you at the time that the order is placed.


Oversized packages:

Please note that large packages may incur additional shipping charges. In these cases, a customer service representative will make the shipping cost known to you before your order is processed.

Who pays for shipping when making merchandise returns?
